They are seeking a skilled Lawyer with expertise in labor, employment, and commercial law to join their legal team and provide strategic support across diverse operations. Key Responsibilities Legal Consultation : Provide specialized legal advice on labor, employment, and commercial law matters. Assist internal and external stakeholders in understanding and adhering to applicable laws and regulations. Dispute Resolution : Effectively manage legal disputes, including negotiations, settlements, and arbitration. Represent the company in legal proceedings to safeguard its interests. Legal Documentation : Draft, review, and submit legal documents related to labor, employment, and commercial cases. Ensure the accuracy and compliance of legal documentation with current laws and regulations. Compliance Advisory : Advise clients and company leadership on compliance with local and international labor and commercial legislation. Monitor changes in the legal landscape and provide actionable insights to mitigate risks. Continuous Learning and Development : Stay updated on legal trends and emerging laws in labor, employment, and commercial sectors. Analyze the potential impact of legal developments on the company and its clients. Qualifications and Experience Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution. Experience : Minimum 5-8 years of proven legal experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas or EPCM industries. Expertise : Strong knowledge of labor, employment, and commercial laws in the Middle East. Hands-on experience in dispute resolution, arbitration, and legal documentation. Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage). Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a proactive problem-solving approach. Key Attributes High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
