The Quality Officer assists in driving a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organisation. Audit Management: ? Plan and conduct scheduled internal audits using approved checklists. ? Document audit findings and communicate deficiencies to relevant stakeholders. ? Track corrective actions and verify closure of non-conformances. ? Prepare audit reports for management review. ? Participate in external audits and facilitate compliance with audit requirements. Document Management and Control: ? Maintain and update quality-related documents, policies, and procedures ? Ensure controlled access to the central document library and prevent unauthorized use. ? Regularly review and archive obsolete documentation in line with company policy. ? Support staff in locating and applying the correct procedures for their roles. ? Protect company intellectual property and sensitive information from cyber threats. Management Reporting: ? Compile monthly quality statistics and compliance reports for management ? Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. ? Present findings and recommendations to the Manager: Quality and Security. ? Ensure timely and accurate reporting of quality incidents and corrective actions. ? Maintain records of all compliance activities for audit and regulatory purposes. Stakeholder Management: ? Liaise with internal teams and external service providers to ensure quality standards are met. ? Communicate changes in quality procedures and policies to all relevant staff. ? Encourage staff to report hazards, non-compliance, and suggest improvements.
