Johannesburg: Consulting Executive Business Development

Key Responsibilities: You will be fully accountable for Corporate Education Portfolio Revenue and will be measured on key performance indicators including: Corporate education revenue & profitability Client retention & satisfaction Cross-selling & up-selling New client acquisition Core Result Areas: Operational Delivery: Execution of the corporate programme sales process and all related sales activities. Strategic Management: Sales revenue and expense budget management, activity plans, progress reporting, and driving revenue growth across the portfolio. 🎓 Minimum Qualifications and Experience: A relevant business-related degree (Sales/Commercial); Postgraduate qualification preferred Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a complex B2B sales environment (e.g., consulting), preferably in education, human capital or learning & development Proven ability to engage with executive and senior management clients Strong understanding of corporate learning solutions and education products Knowledge of CRM systems and sales forecasting Proficient in MS Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time management and multitasking abilities
