An exciting opportunity as Contact Centre Manager has become available with this international company, overseeing their expanding South African operations based in Johannesburg.

We can consider strong Team Leaders, Supervisors or 2ICs with luxury experience

About the role:

Leading & managing a team of FIT Agents with a proactive, visible, participative, & disciplined approach

People Management, Quality Assurance, Day-to-day contact centre management

Service level performance, Resource Management & Training

This role reports into the Head of Contact Centres, will dotted line to Global HO

Requirements:

South African national or valid work permit

Ability to work evening shifts

Minimum of 5 years senior Contact Centre experience

Technical: Power BI, Peopleware, Omni Intelligence, Pure Cloud,

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power-point, Microsoft word.

Salary: R50 000 ctc, slightly negotiable for the right candidate
