Job Description

Position: Contracts Manager

Hire Resolves client is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Contracts Manager to join their team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in contract management and negotiation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, suppliers, and other third parties
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all contracts
Monitor contract performance and enforce contract terms and conditions as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that contracts are aligned with business objectives and strategy
Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Provide guidance and support to team members on contract-related issues and best practices
Keep abreast of changes in contract law and regulations to ensure compliance and minimise risk

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and highly organised
Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management software
