About the Role
Hire Resolve, a leading client in Johannesburg, Gauteng, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Contracts Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in contract management and negotiation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, suppliers, and other third parties
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all contracts
- Monitor contract performance and enforce contract terms and conditions as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that contracts are aligned with business objectives and strategy
- Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide guidance and support to team members on contract-related issues and best practices
- Keep abreast of changes in contract law and regulations to ensure compliance and minimise risk
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management software
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
