About the Role
The Control Room Manager position at Fidelity Services Group is a critical role that ensures all site-specific security requirements are met and client needs are efficiently addressed in the Fourways Area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the control room, receiving complaints, compiling reports, and exercising discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the control room personnel in all aspects of the control room operation.
- Receive and respond to complaints from clients and inform management accordingly.
- Compile reports and investigations related to security incidents.
- Exercise discipline and maintain a professional atmosphere in the control room.
- Liaise professionally with personnel at all levels.
- Meet strict deadlines and ensure numerical accuracy in work.
- Utilize high methodical working methods and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Grade A Grade 12 / Matric
- Drivers Licence and own reliable transport
- Computer Literacy in MS Office, CCTV, etc
- Ability to work under pressure and for extended hours as required
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the Security Industry Control room or Call Centre
- No criminal record or any Pending Cases
- Reliable and trustworthy
