As the Corporate Finance Specialist, you will play a critical role in evaluating the financial feasibility of new projects, performing in-depth financial analysis, and mitigating financial risks. You will support projects from inception through to completion, managing financing processes, negotiating funding solutions, and presenting insights to Executive Leadership. You will also be responsible for analysing credit risk, interpreting financial and legal data, and ensuring robust financial governance across project and operating companies.
