Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Oversee the efficient operation of dealerships in Malawi Ensure accurate stock management and sales tracking Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with head office directives Manage budgets to achieve targeted profits and control operational costs Lead customer service initiatives to ensure exceptional client satisfaction Drive continuous training and staff development programs Implement financial risk management and cost-saving strategies Oversee client contracts and maintain strong business relationships Execute business planning and quality assurance measures Ensure compliance with relevant legislation Key Skills: Strong leadership and people management abilities Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills Proven success in automotive dealership management Ability to manage multiple dealerships, including workshop and sales divisions Minimum of 10 years in the automotive industry 58 years in a senior management role (GM/MD level) Qualifications: Bachelors degree (BCom or equivalent)
