About the Role

The successful candidate for this position will be someone with automotive experience who has a proven track record of growing a company’s products and running a business. They will have a deep understanding of all divisions of an automotive dealership, including HR, Accounts & Finance, Vehicle Sales, Parts, Aftersales, Service, Customer Relations, and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the company’s daily operations
  • Formulate the company’s development strategy and make short-term and long-term company decisions and strategies
  • Supervise and control the entire implementation process, responsible for business results
  • Organize the implementation of financial budget plans
  • Formulate annual performance goals and business development strategy plans
  • Develop overall marketing planning plans
  • Achieve business management goals with elected heads of divisions
  • Track market development and adjust strategies
  • Establish and improve company business strategies, operating rules, and policies

Requirements

  • Professional experience: more than 10 years of work experience in the automotive industry
  • More than 5 years of operation and management experience in the automotive industry
  • Strong customer relationship establishment and maintenance capabilities
  • Strong communication and coordination ability, planning ability, and execution ability
  • Ability to withstand pressure; strong subjective initiative, daring to innovate and break through
  • Strong understanding of the African automotive markets and business practices
  • Full and strong knowledge in successfully running an entire automotive dealership
