About the Role
The successful candidate for this position will be someone with automotive experience who has a proven track record of growing a company’s products and running a business. They will have a deep understanding of all divisions of an automotive dealership, including HR, Accounts & Finance, Vehicle Sales, Parts, Aftersales, Service, Customer Relations, and Logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s daily operations
- Formulate the company’s development strategy and make short-term and long-term company decisions and strategies
- Supervise and control the entire implementation process, responsible for business results
- Organize the implementation of financial budget plans
- Formulate annual performance goals and business development strategy plans
- Develop overall marketing planning plans
- Achieve business management goals with elected heads of divisions
- Track market development and adjust strategies
- Establish and improve company business strategies, operating rules, and policies
Requirements
- Professional experience: more than 10 years of work experience in the automotive industry
- More than 5 years of operation and management experience in the automotive industry
- Strong customer relationship establishment and maintenance capabilities
- Strong communication and coordination ability, planning ability, and execution ability
- Ability to withstand pressure; strong subjective initiative, daring to innovate and break through
- Strong understanding of the African automotive markets and business practices
- Full and strong knowledge in successfully running an entire automotive dealership
