Key Performance Areas: Credit Vetting & Loan Administration: -â â Conduct credit score analysis, credit history assessments, and creditworthiness evaluations -â â Manage loan schedules, payment histories, and interest accrual calculations -â â Assess affordability, loan repayment ability, and income-to-loan ratios -â â Determine credit limits, interest rates, and affordability scores -â â Evaluate guarantor information and financial stability for surety profiling -â â Conduct financial statement analysis, risk assessments, and financial ratio analysis -â â Perform industry benchmarking and maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit and lending regulations
