Employer Description This is a distributor of HVAC systems . Job Description Your responsibilities will be the following: Business Development Cold Calling Product Onboarding Qualifying Clients Building Sales Pipelines Owning the full sales cycle: spec-in with consulting engineers Develop contractors/end-users; size systems; build quotes; negotiate and close. Manage sales pipeline in Pipedrive CRM; maintain clean forecasts; run QBRs; coordinate handover with service/installation Qualifications Matric National Diploma/BTech (Mechanical/Electrical) (beneficial) or Trade Test and proven sales record (beneficial) Skills 36 years technical/industrial B2B sales (HVAC/BMS/air quality/compressed air or similar) experience. Ability to read drawings, grasp HVAC basics; comfortable on active sites. Strong written proposals CRM discipline (Pipedrive or similar) Valid Drivers License and own vehicle Capable of managing both external field sales and internal sales coordination without friction Adapt comfortably to a quiet, focused office culture, yet still channel your natural drive and energy outward Benefits Uncapped Commission Petrol Card
