Employer Description This is a company that manufactures and supplies elastomers to various industries Job Description Your responsibilities will be the following: Sell and secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach. Demonstrates products and services of hot and cold cure elastomers to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organizations products. Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential. Develop clear and effective written quotations for current and prospective customers. Coordinate sales effort with management, accounting, logistics, manufacturing and technical service groups Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Provide technical customer service in cooperation with R&D and Sales based on identified business. Qualifications Matric 3 Year Diploma or equivalent Chemical/Polymer will be advantageous. Skills Minimum 3 5 years in similar position and/or market Strategic Prospecting Skills Product Knowledge Objection Handling Demo Skills Closing Techniques Sale Relationship Management Valid drivers license & Reliable Car Benefits Medical Aid Provident Fund Car Allowance Cell Phone Allowance
