About the Role

Diverse Consulting Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Digital International E-Commerce B2B Marketplace Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg, North. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving international online sales through leading global e-commerce and B2B platforms. You will work closely with international customers across various time zones, managing their relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive international online sales through leading global e-commerce and B2B platforms
  • Manage international buyer relationships (USA, EU, UK, Africa, Asia)
  • Lead conversion rate per platform
  • Respond to RFQs / enquiries in a timely manner
  • Ensure listing quality score and marketplace ratings
  • Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer needs
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines within approved guidelines

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years’ experience selling products via global online marketplaces (eBay, Amazon Seller, Alibaba, Global Sources, ThomasNet)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets via online/e-commerce channels
  • Familiarity with international shipping, Incoterms, duties, and export processes
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies, cross-border payments, online sales funnels, and SEO for e-commerce

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in sales, marketing, business, e-commerce, engineering, or similar (advantageous)
  • Additional e-commerce certifications (Amazon, Alibaba, Google Digital Skills) are beneficial

Salary & Benefits

Monthly salary of R 30 000 gross, with a commission-based structure. Discretionary annual performance bonus will be provided. Please note that the company does not pay for petrol costs to and from work or home. A pension scheme is in place, which will be deducted from your net salary.
