QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Matric/Grade 12 . 13 years expected . Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). . Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Adobe Magento, WordPress). . Good understanding of SEO, email marketing, and content creation. . Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, or Campaign Monitor) . Experience with digital analytics tools like (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) . Strong graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). . Video editing skills would be a bonus. . Previous work experience in a digital marketing role. . Strong written and verbal communication skills. . Excellent organization and time management skills. . Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. . Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. . Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES Provides support in the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent website, email, and social media presence. Main Responsibilities: . Support the Marketing Manager with the marketing plan. . Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across website, email, social media. . Maintain and update the company corporate and e-comm websites using CMS tools. Conduct keyword research and assist with SEO optimization efforts. . Assist in the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across social media platforms. . Support email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance tracking. . Monitor and report on digital campaign performance using tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics and others. . Collaborate with suppliers, and internal stakeholders, to develop engaging marketing materials for various marketing channels. . Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and suggest new strategies to improve performance.
