This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercial strategist with exceptional deal structuring, governance, and stakeholder influence skills. Youll define and lead commercial architecture for a global enterprise, ensuring commercial relevance, profitability, and risk mitigation in complex environments.

What Youll Do

• Lead the preparation, review, and structuring of client proposals and commercial deals

• Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and approval processes

• Guide stakeholders on deal structure, pricing models, and profitability

• Champion commercial innovation and operational excellence

• Monitor and optimise deal performance, metrics, and risk exposure

• Mentor a senior team of commercial architects and managers

• Collaborate across sales, finance, legal, and executive leadership

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related (MBA preferred)

• Extensive experience in commercial leadership, preferably within global IT services

• Deep knowledge of contract negotiation, revenue recognition, and deal governance

• Strategic thinking, financial acumen, and business transformation expertise

• Strong communication, cross-functional influence, and team leadership skills

• Experience with Salesforce.com and large enterprise systems
