Driver

Salary: R34 per hour

Type: Full-time

Payment Schedule: Weekly

Requirements:

1. Residence: Applicant must reside in Alexandra or close to Marlboro Sandton
2. License: Valid Code 10 driver’s license.
3. Certification: Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP).

Responsibilities:

1. Safely and responsibly operate company vehicles.
2. Transport goods and/or passengers in a timely manner.
3. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
4. Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues.
5. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the assigned vehicle.
6. Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents.
7. Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and other relevant personnel.
8. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.

Qualifications:

1. Valid Code 10 driver’s license.
2. Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
3. Proven experience as a driver is preferred.
4. Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
6. Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Good physical condition and ability to lift and move heavy objects if required.
