Job Description
n exciting opportunity exists for a Store Supervisor to take responsibility for tyre audits, stock control, and supervising the clerical functions within the store. The successful candidate will oversee documentation processes for ordering, receiving, and shipping materials, while ensuring accurate stock levels and timely re-ordering of supplies.
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12/Matric.

Relevant tertiary qualification.

Strong computer skills (Intermediate Excel & Outlook).

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Workshop Store Supervisor or similar role.

Solid knowledge of automotive parts (trucks and trailers) is essential.

Previous experience in the automotive industry will be advantageous.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise store and maintenance staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Monitor and report on stock movements in line with operational needs.

Coordinate the receipt, storage, packing, and timely distribution of goods and materials.

Place orders and maintain appropriate inventory levels.

Process, check, and file store documentation accurately.

Ensure compliance with housekeeping, maintenance, and health & safety standards.

Conduct daily inspections of the yard, tyre maintenance area, tools, and consumables.

Organize weekly tyre scrapping meetings and prepare supporting documentation.

Coordinate with service providers for removal of scrap tyres.

Collaborate with workshop management and operations staff regarding fleet inspections.
