Job Summary
Assist in the preparation of sustainability reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Support the approval process for ESG strategies and policies. Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting of portfolios, focusing on ESG performance. Perform financial analysis and financial modeling to assess investment opportunities and portfolio trends. Stay up to date with the latest trends in the property market , rentals , and market developments . Contribute to the development and implementation of ESG policies and frameworks within the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor`s degree in BCom / BSc or related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate and ESG roles. Knowledge and experience with ESG policies , frameworks, and reporting. Strong understanding of financial analysis , financial modelling , and the property market . Detail-oriented with the ability to analyse complex data and report findings effectively.
