Role is eligible for monthly commission.What Youll Do Oversee operations including scheduling, event delivery, sales and client service.Rebuild structure and processes while supporting growth.Lead and mentor a small team, creating accountability and alignment.Drive business development through events and facilitation. Client Liaison, building client relationships and retention. What Were Looking For 5+ years experience in managing events, corporate learning, facilitation, or wellness.A warm people person who also brings structure and resilience.Someone who thrives in a small-team, hands-on environment.Passion for team development, wellness, and sustainable growth.Excellent PC skills including experience using CRM systems such as Pipedrive.Client focused and goal orientated.
