The recruiter will play a critical role in scaling teams across Africa, particularly in South Africa and Nigeria, working on high-profile executive placements. You will be responsible for sourcing top-tier candidates for leadership roles that will drive the company`s growth and success.

Requirements

• End-to-end executive search and recruitment for senior finance roles.

• Specializing in CTO, Head of Credit, and Head of Structured Trade placements.

• Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.

• Developing and executing strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent.

• Engaging with high-caliber candidates through headhunting and networking.

• Managing the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation.

• Ensuring an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the hiring process.

• Staying updated on market trends within structured trade, credit, and financial leadership roles.
