Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to join our team in the steel industry. The ideal candidate must have experience in managing a team of 15-20 people and be proficient in overseeing factory operations. Key
Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee all factory operations to ensure efficient and effective production. – Lead and supervise a team of 15-20 employees, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards. – Coordinate with different departments, including production, quality control, and maintenance, to optimize workflow. – Implement and monitor production schedules to meet company objectives and customer demands. – Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality and compliance with industry standards. – Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth functioning of the factory. – Maintain accurate records of production metrics, staff performance, and operational activities. – Develop and enforce factory policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Factory Manager or similar role in the steel industry. – Strong leadership skills with experience in managing 15-20 people. – Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. – Ability to work 40 hours per week. – Strong communication and interpersonal skills. – Proficiency in using factory management software and tools.
Salary:
