About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple QSR stores within our Johannesburg region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving consistency in customer service and product quality across all outlets, while achieving and exceeding regional sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple QSR stores within the allocated region
  • Ensure full compliance with brand standards, SOPs, food safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Conduct regular store audits and performance reviews
  • Drive consistency in customer service and product quality across all outlets
  • Analyse sales data and implement strategies to improve revenue and margins
  • Identify opportunities for cost control and operational efficiencies
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Area Managers and Store Managers
  • Manage IR matters in line with South African labour legislation
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and health regulations
  • Implement marketing and promotional campaigns at the store level

Requirements

  • B Com Accounting / Business degree or relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management / Hospitality Management (advantageous)
  • Minimum 5 years experience managing multiple QSR units
  • Strong financial acumen with proven P&L management experience
  • Solid understanding of food cost, labour control, and stock management
  • Knowledge of South African labour legislation
  • Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel extensively
