Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Production Ensure IPI filler Pipes are in IPI Wash bays when not in production Filler Blade Inspection Mix Planta care For Filler Machine Remove and refill Paper rolls in filler machine Sterilize filler machines and Sterilizer before producing. Do Paper passage on fillers for sterilization Open steam valves on sterilizer before sterilizing Sterilizer diversion valve Start up and shutdown of sterilizer Run and do settings on homogenizer Start and run filler machines in production Do teardowns, scoring and volume checks on filler Complete filler Log in Production Complete breakdown report in production Do settings on machine when packages are not forming according to specification Do checks on rubbers and grippers for filler machine Record damaged paper on new paper rolls Monitor Sterilizer temperatures in production Monitor filler lubrication oil level Monitor filler water level Monitor Peroxide level in filler bath Reset Sterilizer Data log on control panel Monitor Filler room temperature Breakdown report Maintenance Remove And replace bearings Remove and replace rubbers and Teflon`s Remove and replace rubber grippers Remove and replace blades on filler Remove and replace Hepa and air Filters Remove and clean Water filters Remove and clean scoring plate Remove and clean Peroxide filter Remove and replace Teflon paper splice Check and Refill gearbox and motor oil Maintenance inspection for fillers Maintenance inspection for sterilizer Replace belts on side seal Keep chain on filler lubed Replace PLC battery Remove and Service V2 Valves Remove and unblock water pipes in filler
