Job Summary
We are seeking a Financial Operations Manager to oversee critical functions and implement innovative processes within the retirement fund product administration space.
Responsibilities:
Lead financial operations, including cash flow management, reconciliations, and system improvements Drive automation and system and service level agreements Oversee product development, capacity planning, and operational risk management Provide leadership through KPI management, skills development, and team engagement Monitor daily operations, manage reports, and ensure timely project completion
Requirements:
