Key Responsibilities: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across multiple business units. Prepare detailed financial models , scenario analyses, and investment appraisals to support strategic decision-making. Partner with operations, marketing, and supply chain teams to provide insights on business performance and cost optimisation. Deliver monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking with commentary and recommendations. Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance financial reporting efficiency. Job Experience and Skills Required: CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable). Minimum 35 years post-articles experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer goods. Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering . Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel ; exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred) . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
