Job Summary
BTech/BSc Food Sc/Micro;MS Office;Adv.HACCP; 3-5 yrs plant mngt exp FSQA/3+ yrs exp risk mngt & auditing/5 yrs managerial exp of RTE/RTH/intermediate food products;must have excellent workload planning/organisational/people mngt/analytical/ communication/ problem-solving skills to meet dead-lines.Take ownership/ maintenance of site FSMS/EMP program/implement/maintain a FS culture/ develop/CI co.policies/ systems/SOPs/meet requirements of customers/certific bodies/legislation/co.objectives/BOP/conduct validation of OPRP/CCPs/allergen/cleaning programs/manage test plans for product/environ monitoring/ ensure OPRP/CCPs monitored during production/NC urgency acted upon/ achieve FS objectives by monitoring/reviewing/enforcing policies/SOPs. Develop FS training programs for staff/emphasise BOPs/foster culture of awareness/ accountability/follow up with staff/ ensure refresher training appropriate for each role/proficiency testing scheme programs. Coordinate certification/customer audits/lead the FS complaints related investigations/drive/verify RCA/effective CA/PA arising from any NC raised by customers/authorities/internal/ external audits. Assist that monthly micro testing is done/on time reports/ develop/maintain/report required operational info to mngt/ensure that all FS info required for regulatory reviews/reporting are maintained by the plant/report KPIs/site compliance to Technical Manager as required.
