Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced General/Branch Manager to join their team in Gauteng, on the Eastrand. The ideal candidate would have worked for an international clearing and forwarding entity within a Branch/General Manager capacity (non-negotiable).
Duties:
Responsible for budgets and the branches P&L. Staff management. Ensure operational procedures are established and adhered to. Organise, drive and lead sales developments with the sales team. Recruit, train and develop quality employees. Review procedures and productivity standards regularly.
Requirements:
Matric. Minimum 5 years management experience within clearing and forwarding. Minimum 10 years experience in clearing and forwarding.
