About the Role

Telebest is seeking a highly experienced and skilled General Manager in Public Sector to lead our team. As a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in public enterprises, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategies, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage budgets and ensure timely sales and forecasts
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet market share expectations
Lead, develop, and coach the public sales team
Identify business improvement opportunities and implement cost-saving activities

Requirements

10+ years of experience in sales with 5 years of sales leadership for Public Enterprises

Build relationships with relevant stakeholders and be able to work flexible work hours
Valid driver’s license and own transport

Qualifications

4-year tertiary qualification in Commerce or equivalent
MBA or Master’s degree would be an advantage
