Group Consolidations Manager Location: Cape Town, Southern Suburbs Industry: Property Development Company: JSE Listed Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the group consolidation process for multiple entities. Ensure compliance with IFRS and relevant reporting standards. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements . Drive improvements in reporting processes and systems . Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Auditors to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Provide strategic insights and support to senior management. Requirements: CA(SA) qualification (essential). Minimum 57 years experience in group consolidations within a listed environment. Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and consolidation principles. Advanced proficiency in Excel and exposure to ERP systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
