About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional with operational expertise and training experience to join our team as a Hospitality Trainer. As a key member of our training department, you will have the opportunity to work across diverse hospitality environments, influence service culture, and directly impact guest satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver tailored training programmes for front office, F&B, housekeeping and leadership teams
  • Conduct operational audits and service standard evaluations
  • Develop SOPs and service manuals aligned to brand positioning
  • Coach management teams on leadership, performance management and guest satisfaction
  • Identify operational gaps and implement improvement strategies
  • Support new property openings and turnaround projects

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Local citizens
  • Minimum 58 years senior operational experience within 5* hotels
  • Proven training and facilitation experience
  • Strong understanding of South African hospitality standards and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel nationally
