Hire Resolve`s client is seeking a highly qualified and experienced HR and Payroll Manager to join their team at a reputable printing company in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources and payroll functions within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full payroll process, including processing and verifying employee time and attendance, calculating and distributing salaries, and maintaining accurate payroll records
Oversee all aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, including conducting new hire orientations, processing necessary paperwork, and facilitating exit interviews
Maintain compliance local employment regulations, including reporting requirements, tax filings, and labor laws
Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with current laws and industry best practices
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries, including but not limited to benefits, payroll, and company policies
Conduct investigations into employee complaints or grievances, partnering with management to find appropriate resolutions
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field
At least 5 years of experience in HR and payroll management (Psiber experience beneficial)
Strong knowledge local employment laws and regulations
Experience with payroll processing software and systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
CCMA CON/ARB process experience
