Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full payroll process, including processing and verifying employee time and attendance, calculating and distributing salaries, and maintaining accurate payroll records
- Oversee all aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, including conducting new hire orientations, processing necessary paperwork, and facilitating exit interviews
- Maintain compliance local employment regulations, including reporting requirements, tax filings, and labor laws
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with current laws and industry best practices
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries, including but not limited to benefits, payroll, and company policies
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or grievances, partnering with management to find appropriate resolutions
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in HR and payroll management (Psiber experience beneficial)
- Strong knowledge local employment laws and regulations
- Experience with payroll processing software and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
- CCMA CON/ARB process experience
