About the Role

Liham Consulting Pty (Ltd) is seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Administrator to join their team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of HR administrative tasks, including preparing and submitting reports, processing UIF documentation, and assisting employees with ESS registration. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and submitting HR reports to HR Manager
Completing UIF documentation for Head Office staff
Assisting employees with ESS registration and profile management
Receiving payroll input from branches and processing learnership payroll
Assisting with updating job descriptions
Conducting criminal, credit, and qualification checks for Head Office and selected branches
Handling various general HR administrative duties as needed

Requirements

Diploma in HR or Equivalent (advantageous)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience
