About the Role
As a Sales Representative at PnS Group Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and merchandising efforts for our clients’ products at store level. Your primary objective is to ensure the effective execution of our sales strategy, resulting in increased shelf health, administrative efficiency, and ultimately, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Shelf Health by ensuring product visibility and optimal stock levels.
- Provide Effective Administration by managing client data, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.
- Achieve Sales Targets/Volume and Profitability through proactive sales calls, negotiations, and relationship-building with clients and customers.
- Lead and Develop Field Staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Foster Client/Customer Satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service, responding to queries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Demonstrate Effective Self-Management by prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a high level of organization.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or Nq 4 certificate
- At least 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry
- At least 2 years of experience in personal care/ beauty industry
