About the Role

JOB Holdings is seeking an experienced Human Resource Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full end-to-end recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction, assessment, and appointment of suitably qualified candidates in line with organizational policies, labour legislation, and best human resources practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment and selection process
  • Ensure compliance with organizational requirements and employment equity principles
  • Receive, record, and manage responses to advertised vacancies
  • Conduct pre-screening of applications against minimum job requirements
  • Coordinate and facilitate the shortlisting process with line managers and relevant stakeholders
  • Assess candidates through background checks, reference checks, and verification of qualifications
  • Prepare interview documentation and ensure compliance with fair, objective, and transparent recruitment practices
  • Coordinate interview schedules, interview panels, venues, and logistics

Requirements

  • National Qualification Framework (NQF) Level 6 qualification in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years or more proven experience in recruitment and selection
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Executive recruitment experience will be a distinct advantage

Qualifications

  • National Qualification Framework (NQF) Level 6 qualification in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
