About the Role
As a Hydraulic Sales Consultant at Career Crew Ltd, you will be driving revenue by selling hydraulic repairs, components, and custom manufacturing to sectors like mining, construction, and agriculture. You will be responsible for growing new business, managing existing client relationships, and providing technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Grow new business and manage existing client relationships in industrial, construction, and mining sectors.
- Technical Sales: Assess hydraulic needs, offer practical repairs/solutions, and promote services like cylinder repairs and custom manufacturing.
- Sales Process: Generate leads, prepare quotations, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
- Site Visits: Travel to customer sites to inspect equipment and provide technical support.
- Customer Support: Work with workshop teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve complaints.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, ideally in hydraulics, heavy machinery, or engineering components.
- Strong technical understanding of hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, and fluid power systems.
- Valid driver’s license (essential for site visits).
- Ability to read or explain technical drawings/solutions.
- Formal mechanical engineering qualification (Diploma/Degree) is a plus.
