Our unique custom-labelled water solutions serve the retail, wholesale, hospitality, and wellness sectors. With a growing network of distributors and a strong manufacturing base, we are looking for a strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth into large-scale retail chains, wholesalers, and independent retail outlets nationwide. Key Responsibilities: Manages inbound emails, calls, and leads, converting them into successful sales. Build and maintain sales funnels to meet and exceed targets. Develop and manage strong customer relationships, ensuring consistent follow-ups and account growth. Provide accurate and timely weekly sales and performance reports. Drive new business by engaging with potential distributors and customers. Utilize digital tools such as Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and eventually Zoho CRM to manage workflows and customer accounts effectively. Qualifications & Experience: Proven track record in sales within a high-pressure call centre or customer-focused environment. Strong ability to manage sales funnels and close deals consistently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Experience with Zoho Books and Zoho Desk advantageous; knowledge of Zoho CRM an added benefit.
