Job Summary
Requirements:
Must have recruited in or for the automotive industry; Have great access to pools of candidates and/or contacts across various levels from interns through to Machinists, Workshop Managers and GMs Minimum 5 years` recruiting experience Own transport
Responsibilities:
Recruit interns, cadets and all technical levels of incumbents Create pools of talent in various key positions across the organization Leverage relationships with service providers Build relationships with tertiary institutions Build relationships with professional bodies within the motor industry which could be sources of talent Compile resource plans and forecasts Compile recruitment reports and report to a weekly CEO and HR stakeholder meeting
