INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE – Skin & Body Care

Sandton (Johannesburg) GAUTENG | South Africa (ZA)

START: 01 November 2025 / ASAP

REPORT TO: Sales Manager & Finance Director / CEO

HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 – 16:00
• Closed on weekends & major public holidays
• Business closes annually for Christmas & NYE break

REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• Basic Salary per month (R15,000)
• Cellphone allowance for business calls
• Travel & Accommodation allowance for out of province travel
• Company car for out of region travels
• Monthly product allocation
• Commission (targeted)
• Annual performance based incentive

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent client rapport – you will be promoting business via telephone & e-mail
• Confident in cold-calling & client canvassing
• Computer & social media savvy
• Must be confident speaking English & Afrikaans (bi-lingual)
• Ability to travel for ONE WEEK each month to outlining areas (rotate Mpumalanga/KZN) – the rest of the time you will be based at our office in Sandton
• Own, reliable vehicle with insurance & valid driver license
• Professionally groomed and highly presentable

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Matric Certificate / Grade 12
2. Accredited qualification in Health & Skin Care / Beauty / Somatology / Pharmacology

ESSENTIAL SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:

1. Confident in sales and eager to advance into a sales career (growth is imminent)
2. Prior employment in the Skin Care & Wellness industry is required
3. Punctual & timely
4. Confident in Afrikaans & English (Read & Speak) – professional correspondence is required
5. Able to build a lasting rapport with clients
6. Up to date with beauty & skin care trends
7. Structured and meticulous
8. Assist our full time sales force with processing internal sales
9. Assist and facilitate expo’s and trade shows
