The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bespoke project solutions, overseeing end-to-end import coordination for high-value clinical trial shipments, and ensuring seamless service delivery across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Compliance Management

• Manage the import process for global clinical trial supplies

• Conduct compliance reviews for new shipment requests

• Collaborate with research, development, and external compliance parties

• Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery

• Create bespoke quotes and project proposals for clients

• Ensure effective project handovers to service delivery teams

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain relationships with international clients

• Provide clear communication on compliance requirements and timelines

• Present tailored solutions and updates to clients throughout the project lifecycle

• Resolve escalations and ensure client satisfaction

Operational Oversight & Delivery

• Lead project planning and timeline management

• Work cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges

• Monitor ongoing project performance and adapt solutions where needed

Candidate Requirements:

• Professional qualification in Law, Accounting, or related discipline (CA or LLB preferred)

• Excellent academic background

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills

• Highly organised, adaptable, and able to handle multiple complex projects

• Energetic and enthusiastic team player with strong problem-solving abilities

• Experience in global logistics, compliance, or clinical trials is advantageous
