A fast-growing Field Network Operations (FNO) company specializing in the design, deployment is seeking an IT Support Specialist. Please note that this role is fully in-office. Skills Required · A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an IT Support, Desktop Support, or Help Desk role. · Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A, Network, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator). · Proven expertise in troubleshooting and supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams). · Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, Subnetting, routing). · Experience with telecom-specific software or specialized FNO tools (e.g., asset tracking, GIS mapping, fibre management systems). · Experience supporting remote/mobile users and managing VPN access.
