Job Summary
We are seeking a Job Profile Specialist to join our Human Resources Team. This role is responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining comprehensive job profiles that align with the organizations objectives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with managers and HR teams to ensure job descriptions accurately define duties, responsibilities, and required skills across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify the purpose of job analysis and determine where positions fit within the organizational structure.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to gather role-specific information through in-depth interviews and assessments.
- Develop, draft, and update job descriptions that accurately reflect responsibilities, skills, and qualifications.
- Ensure job descriptions are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect changes in responsibilities and business needs.
- Work closely with the remuneration team to provide necessary data for job evaluation and grading.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Conduct market benchmarking to compare internal roles with industry trends and standards.
- Ensure job descriptions comply with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of job descriptions for internal audits and HR reviews.
- Support various HR functions, including performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and training, by ensuring role clarity.
- Provide recommendations to align job descriptions with best practices and industry standards.
- Address inquiries or concerns related to job descriptions and job analysis.
- Continuously review job analysis processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR or a similar role with a focus on job analysis, job description writing, and job evaluation.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong writing and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with managers and HR teams.
- Strong analytical skills to accurately assess job functions and responsibilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively across departments.
