About the Role

The Junior Car Hire Administration Agent will be responsible for assisting with car hire rental requests received from funeral parlours, interacting directly with funeral parlours, and interacting with Company’s rental partners to check availability and secure the rental. The agent will also process the rental on the car hire sales portal and perform specific administration tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Parlour Welcome: Assist new funeral parlours by contacting them to welcome them on board and explain the rental process.
  • Monitor new parlour activity: Ensure that all allocated parlours are being utilized correctly.
  • Managing Rental Requests & Vetting: Assist parlours with login issues, monitor rental requests and inquiries via WhatsApp, vet rental requests, check for duplication requests, update rental status, and contact parlours for correct information as required.
  • Rental Orders & Confirmations: Process availability checks (out of region), process rental orders on the sales portal and other platforms, confirm and request payment via WhatsApp, and submit to clients.
  • Payment Requests & Validation: Follow up on outstanding payments via phone and WhatsApp, notify clients if payments are short, and assist with driver and date changes.
  • Rental Extensions & Overdue Rentals: Monitor WhatsApp for rental extension requests, assist with extensions, follow up with payments, and chase overdue rentals.
