A diploma or degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not essentialpractical skills and a strong work ethic are highly valued. Responsibilities:

Consolidate and capture operational data from departments such as Transport, Wages, and Customer Portals into structured Excel reports. Cleanse, validate, and maintain large datasets to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency across systems. Develop and maintain dynamic, error-free Excel reports using advanced functions such as PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX-MATCH, and conditional formatting. Extract and analyse data from Microsoft Dynamics Navision, integrating it seamlessly into reporting models. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, collect, and rectify missing or inconsistent data, supporting improved data quality practices. Assist in the creation of performance dashboards and visual reporting tools, where applicable, to support operational insights and decision-making. Ensure reports are delivered accurately and on time, maintaining high standards under pressure and tight deadlines.
