Johannesburg: Junior HVAC Project Engineer

Our client is a long-standing player in the HVAC and environmental systems space, specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of industrial and commercial ventilation solutions. They partner with major clients across mining, heavy industry, and infrastructure sectors, delivering turnkey projects locally and in neighbouring countries. Its a tight-knit team that values learning, commitment, and results. Youll assist with planning and managing HVAC installation projects from design to completion. Duties include coordinating contractors, ensuring compliance with client onboarding requirements, updating project documentation, supervising site work, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Youll report on daily progress to the head office and clients, while learning about costing, tendering, and other business functions as you grow. Job Experience and Skills Required: Degree in Mechanical Engineering (recent graduate or completing studies) Exposure to HVAC systems, mechanical services, or industrial project environments Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills Computer literacy across MS Office; AutoCAD or similar design software advantageous Willingness to travel and work on-site for short project periods Apply now!
