Essential Job Functions Problems/Issues/Defects Recording and Dissemination Diagnostics of Problems/Issues/Defects Ownership of Problems/Issues/Defects Ticket until Resolution Problems/Issues/Defects Analysis Follow-up and Resolve Problems/Issues/Defects within SLA Workaround, Corrective Fixes, Removal of Data Errors Application Maintenance Provide necessary Application log to L3/SME & all required support to diagnose a reported problem Regular Reporting on Open/In Progress/Resolved Tickets to Next Level Managers Pro-Active Communications (internal and external) Bill run execution and Support Deployment Support UAT and Post-Production testing support. Flexibility to work in shifts. Required Skill Set Telecom BSS Knowledge, SQL, MongoDB Query Language, Cassandra DB, MYSQL, UNIX, Web Logic/Java Basics. Good Analytical Skills Knowledge on Shell scripting Knowledge on Rancher and Docker is an advantage. Experience Level / Years of Experience 0-4 yrs Minimum Qualification / Education Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent Knowledge of Service offering Knowledge of BSS operating procedures, CRM and Billing Telecom Software BSS solutions for billing and customer care domain Must regularly communicate with Offshore/Onsite for Reporting Purposes and to Provide On-Time Resolution. Ready to travel to customer sites.
