Job Description

We are looking for a professional and experienced receptionist to join our dynamic clinic team. Key Responsibilities: Liaising confidently with patients, both in person and telephonically Answering calls, taking messages, and managing patient communication Handling appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups Managing front-of-house administration and ensuring a welcoming environment Assisting with quotations, payments, invoices, and general billing processes Working closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations Requirements: Minimum 5 years reception experience in a medical practice / clinic is essential Strong communication skills with excellent English proficiency Highly organised with good attention to detail Punctual, reliable, and able to work overtime when required Willing to work Saturdays
