About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our team on a fixed-term contract for 6 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of Dynamics 365, ensuring the solution meets the organization’s needs, and taking end-to-end responsibility for the project scope. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work on large-scale ERP projects and make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and define solutions that meet organizational needs
- Configure Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service applications to meet business requirements
- Customise the system using built-in tools and features to enhance functionality and user experience
- Manage configurations across multiple environments and ensure interoperability
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the solution meets business requirements
- Provide training to end-users and support teams on Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and customer Service functionalities
- Drive continuous improvement for the solution by identifying opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education
- Certification in Dynamics 365 (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Functional Consultant Associate)
- Minimum of 5 – 8 years’ experience in software development project implementation
- Experience in project management development and growth experience
- Hands-on experience with large-scale ERP projects and managing their implementation
Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Marketing Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
- SAP/other ERP technologies (optional)
