Key Responsibilities Maintain various administrative records to support divisional operations and ensure customer satisfaction. Update internal divisional documents, including dealer lists, online pricing lists, and cross-border clearing instructions. Manage reprinting of sales-related documents, prepare credit paperwork, and update retail pricing in Syspro. Process sales orders using Syspro and handle dealer enquiries regarding pricing, quotes, proformas, and general sales questions. Maintain consignment and stock lists and arrange collections through the NightwinG portal. Follow best practices in administration and sales support while ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications 12 years administration experience Good documentation and organisational skills Strong time management and attention to detail Preferred Skills & Attributes Above-average computer literacy in commercial and communication packages Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Customer-service oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
