About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic National Sales Manager to lead a team of 19 sales professionals across the country. This role focuses on defining and executing national sales strategy, developing top-tier talent, and expanding market presence, while remaining actively involved in key client relationships. Working closely with executive leadership, you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth, strengthening brand positioning, and embedding a culture of performance and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of 19 sales professionals across the country
- Define and execute national sales strategy
- Develop and implement top-tier talent development programs
- Foster strong client relationships and expand market presence
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years proven leadership experience in senior sales roles (national or regional leadership experience highly advantageous)
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute effective, scalable sales strategies
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
- Strong emotional intelligence with high interpersonal and communication skills
- Tech-savvy with solid proficiency in MS Office
- Resilient, energetic, and able to perform in high-pressure environments
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Management (advantageous)
