About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive sales performance and strategy across our national team, with a focus on high-level market expansion and revenue growth. As National Sales Manager, you will lead by example, inspiring a culture of excellence and accountability within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive market expansion and revenue growth
- Lead and inspire a national team of 19 sales professionals, focusing on performance and continuous improvement
- Engage with key clients to unlock new opportunities and strengthen market presence
- Collaborate with executive leadership to shape revenue growth and embed a culture of excellence within the team
- Stay close to the action, making decisions that drive momentum and results
Requirements
- Minimum 58 years proven leadership experience in senior sales roles (national or regional level preferred)
- Strong ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- High emotional intelligence with excellent communication abilities
- Strong business acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office
Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Management (advantageous)
