About the Role
Network Finance is seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Senior Intercompany Clerk to join their dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-national environment and has a strong background in intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile intercompany accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Process outstanding and missing intercompany invoices
- Support regional operations with intercompany-related queries
- Perform daily financial transactions related to intercompany activities
- Provide weekly reports on account statuses and discrepancies to regional finance leadership
- Communicate effectively with global stakeholders to resolve queries promptly
- Prepare settlement details for review and action by management
- Generate recharge invoices between entities
- Process journal entries to correct intercompany balances where necessary
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely dispute resolution
- Manage work schedules to align with multiple global time zones
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Accounting
Minimum 5 years’ experience in intercompany reconciliations
At least 5 years’ experience in invoice processing and data capturing
Experience in accounts receivable and invoicing would be advantageous
Experience working in a multi-country, multi-currency environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams), with intermediate Excel skills
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
